Clients often discover the difference between presence and supervision only after a slab has been poured over reinforcement nobody checked.

Real supervision means a resident engineer with authority to stop work, a checklist signed before each pour, and a daily record of labour, plant, weather and instructions issued.

We photograph reinforcement before every concrete pour and keep cube test results on file. If a question about the structure comes up in ten years, the answer is in the file.
